Talking about coffee in term of health bring me into confusion whether it is really harmfull or not.

Sometimes there is  an anxiety inside when talking about caffeine what  is contained around 1-1,5%
in the coffee. Caffeine is a xanthine alkaloid that is a psychoactive stimulant drug and working as natural pesticide in plant for some insect. Many opinions and research  said that caffeine  has harmfull effect on liver,  Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2.

When  I looking on other side, it said coffee can help to fight diabetes and has more  fiber than orange juice which mean it is good for body health. Also coffee is no longer thought to be a risk factor for coronary heart disease and it is proven by medical research. A  study on coffee also proof  that  coffee's dietary fiber  contains a large amount  of asssociated antioxidant phenolics that can help to prevent cancer disease

I don't want to bring you into this  confusion furthher, in my thought any food that said good for health will be harmfull when it consumed in excess portion. And so far coffee is still a helpful brew for me from sleepy lazy eyes and  raise up my mood.

Safe portion of  caffeine to consume is 300 mg or  equal to 3 cup of coffee per day. Consuming  600 mg of Caffeine or equal to 5-6 cup of coffee per day  in 8-15 can bring you into caffeine addiction.

Me?... I have around 3-4 cup of coffee per day... keep health....
