Kopi luwak or civet coffee, the most expensive coffee in the world,  I  never drink one but really want to. This  coffee bean was fermented  by Luwak/civet digestive enzymes  inside its stomach and   has lower  bitter taste since the protein (bitter source) is broken down  during this "wet bioproduction process". It come out from "the system" together with this nocturnal luwak feces.
